1. Returns
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
Exceptions apply only if:
• The item was damaged during shipping, or
• The wrong product was received.
Any fraudulent return attempts (used, emptied, or altered items) will be denied and reported.
2. Refund Requests
To request a refund, please:
• Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
• Send photos and details of the issue to yccosmetics.help@gmail.com
• Allow our quality team to review your request.
If approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
3. Natural Ingredients and Skin Reactions
Our products are made with 100% natural and organic ingredients.
However, every skin type reacts differently, and YCCOSMETICS is not responsible for allergic reactions or irritation.
Please read product descriptions carefully and test before use.
4. Order Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing an order, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, YCCOSMETICS is not liable.
We can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, but replacements or refunds are not guaranteed in such cases.
