1. Order Processing
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• During busy periods or promotions, processing times may extend slightly.
• Orders flagged as suspicious or incomplete may be held or cancelled for security verification.
2. Shipping Methods
• We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
• Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days within the U.S.
• Free shipping on orders over $75 USD.
• Once shipped, tracking information will be sent via email.
Note: YCCOSMETICS is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer. In such cases, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
3. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
The customer is responsible for providing a valid and complete shipping address.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost.
4. Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at yccosmetics.help@gmail.com, including clear photos of the damage and your order number.
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or partial credit depending on the case.
